Spirituality Can Feel Good Again
Do you yearn to heal the chasm between your spirit and your queerness? Are old messages from high control religious teachings still holding you back from being your authentic self and living creatively and deeply?
What would it mean for you to reclaim your spirit in a way that feels authentic to who you are?
More wellness? More of a sense of purpose?
More connection?
You can heal and reconnect with your spirit through this process of unlearning harmful messages and learning new hopeful ways to embrace spirituality.
Best of all? - You don't have to go it alone!
Join this 6 week LGBTQIA+ cohort based program & take this step to reclaim your own spiritual identity!
Through this program, you will learn practical ways to navigate spiritual questions and the impacts of religious trauma on your beliefs, and find new ways to engage with spirit and meaning, allowing you to live more true to your authentic self and in more community with or without religious belief.
YOU get to decide what to believe and how to hold on to your spiritual self as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Meet the Instructor
I've been through the ringer with this. And I've made it my mission to help others through their own journeys of spiritual growth and healing. My motto is to help you understand how to think and believe without ever telling you what to believe or think.
Hey, I'm Charity, and I started my own journey of re-working belief and healing my spirit over 20 years ago after leaving an abusive church. That process intensified as I came out to myself and a few others, navigated a college experience that was hostile to LGBTQ+ people, and reconnected with my role as a musician in spiritual settings.
This process was anything but easy, yet I learned through my experience and have been helping others to navigate their own healing in my work for over 15 years. I'd love to help you heal and reconnect with your spirit, too.
I've taken my extensive knowledge and experience in this area as a former therapist and someone who has been through the process to create tools, content, and exercises to help you have a clearer path to reconnecting with a part of yourself which may feel lost, wounded, or buried.
I've found nature to be an especially healing container for reforming spiritual identity, and you will find references and experience tied to the natural world throughout this program as a way to help us connect with the wildness within that is our spirits.
